The main objective of the conference is to highlight innovative projects that are transforming the way we understand and approach women's health throughout life. In addition, it aims to foster scientific connections between young and senior researchers, inspire scientific vocations among the next generations and demand greater investment and visibility in research focused on women's biology.
The day will begin at 9:00 a.m. with an opening conference by the prestigious researcher Londa Schiebinger (Stanford University), followed by presentations by experts such as Manu Tena-Sempere (IMIBIC), Marta del Pino (Hospital Clínic-IDIBAPS), Jenny Visser (Erasmus MC), Mari Carmen Collado (IATA-CSIC) and Sara Castro-Barquero (Institut de Recerca Sant Joan de Déu), among others.
The program also includes poster sessions and flash talks, where young researchers can present their work and compete for prizes for the best presentations. In the afternoon, round tables will be held on topics such as the ethical and social aspects of assisted reproductive technologies and the importance of conducting research with a gender perspective.
