Professionals from various research centers take part in the competition, and they receive prior training in stage communication and linguistic support. The event will take place on Friday, May 8 at 6:30 p.m. at Bar MAU MAU Underground (Carrer d’En Fontrodona 35, Barcelona).

“Science on Stage: research takes the spotlight” is an initiative co‑organized by IDIBAPS, the Sant Joan de Déu Research Institute (IRSJD), the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC), and the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), and is funded by the Department of Research and Universities (Grants for CERCA research centers in Catalonia to promote and support the use of the Catalan language in the research environment).
