The event aims to highlight innovative projects that are transforming the way we understand and approach women's health throughout their lives, foster scientific connections between young and senior researchers, and inspire scientific vocations among new generations. Through this meeting, we also aim to advocate for greater investment and visibility in research focused on women's biology, highlighting the urgent need for equitable funding and attention in this critical area of health.
During the day, a selected group of high school students will have the opportunity to visit the IDIBAPS facilities and talk to active female scientists, in an activity designed to break down barriers and bring biomedical research closer to young students.
