IDIBAPS offers a wide range of training activities to ensure that everyone within the institution has the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, as well as acquire or develop new skills and abilities that can be valuable in their day-to-day work.The training portfolio covers both scientific topics, such as microscopy, data analysis, genomics, and image analysis, and more transversal areas, including languages, office and productivity tools, data protection, occupational risk prevention, and emotional wellbeing.
Training at IDIBAPS is mainly delivered through two programmes: Aprèn+, managed by the Human Resources Office, and Stepping-Stone, managed by the Academic Coordination Office.
The Stepping-Stone programme for the second half of 2026 has now been published. Full details can be found in the attached PDF.
To register, you will receive an email for each training activity depending on whether you belong to the target audience for that course. Registration usually opens two to three weeks before the specific activity takes place. If the number of registrations exceeds the places available, a list of participants and a waiting list will be created and managed fairly.
