About me
My main research interests involve the development of a comprehensive understanding of the immunological mechanisms underlying the development of immune-mediated neurological disorders, with particular focus on the role of antibodies in autoimmune neurology using in-vitro and in-vivo models. My interest in neuroimmunological diseases began since I was an undergraduate student, when I investigated, from a clinical and biological point of view, the role of neuroinflammation and neuroimaging in multiple sclerosis and neurodegenerative disorders, which resulted in co-authorship of two papers in Neurology and Neurological Sciences, as well as publications of abstracts in various national and international conferences.
