Antonio Malvaso

My main research interests involve the development of a comprehensive understanding of the immunological mechanisms underlying the development of immune-mediated neurological disorders, with particular focus on the role of antibodies in autoimmune neurology using in-vitro and in-vivo models. My interest in neuroimmunological diseases began since I was an undergraduate student, when I investigated, from a clinical and biological point of view, the role of neuroinflammation and neuroimaging in multiple sclerosis and neurodegenerative disorders, which resulted in co-authorship of two papers in Neurology and Neurological Sciences, as well as publications of abstracts in various national and international conferences. These studies allowed me to discover my burning curiosity and ambition to go
