Arturo Renú

Vascular neurologist and senior specialist in the Cerebrovascular Disease Unit at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. His clinical and research activity focuses on acute ischemic stroke, with expertise in reperfusion therapies, mechanical thrombectomy, intra-arterial thrombolysis, neuroimaging, and prognostic factors. He combines patient care, teaching, and clinical management with leadership in competitive research projects and multicenter clinical trials. Author of more than 80 publications, his work has contributed to improving clinical practice in cerebrovascular disease.
