About me
Dr. Maria Pellisé is a specialist in Gastroenterology and holds a PhD in Medicine. She is currently Head of the Endoscopy Department at Hospital Clínic of Barcelona and President of the Spanish Gastroenterology Association (AEG).
Her clinical expertise focuses on diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy, with particular dedication to the resection of complex polyps, the management of early-stage colorectal cancer, and the care of patients at high risk of digestive cancers.
She also works as a general gastroenterologist, treating common digestive symptoms and performing a wide range of endoscopic procedures.
