Diagnosis of Congenital Heart Disease

The diagnosis is made with a clinical evaluation and an electrocardiogram (ECG) and an echocardiogram. In some patients, the examination may also include: Holter monitor, stress test, angio-CT, cardiac MRI, transesophageal or exercise echocardiography, cardiac catheterisation and electrophysiological study.
