MyWayUp is a serious game designed to improve adherence to follow-up in patients experiencing a first episode of alcohol-related liver disease. Through gamified digital interventions and motivational interviewing, it aims to enhance patient engagement, promote self-management, and support behavior change. The project integrates clinical care and digital health strategies to facilitate continuity of care and improve long-term outcomes in a high-risk population.
