Living with Dengue
Reading time: 1 min
In case of fever (of over 38ºC) following travel to a tropical zone, you are recommended:
To urgently seek a health centre, where you can be diagnosed and given suitable treatment.
Staying well-hydrated is recommended.
Take paracetamol to lower the fever.
Do not take aspirin and, as far as is possible, avoid taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as ibuprofen).
