Structure
The Clinical Officerreports directly to the General Management and forms part of the Clínic Barcelona Management Committee. The structures that report to the Clinical Officerare:
Quality Management and Clinical Safety
It coordinates the risk and incident analysis and the management of process improvements to minimize them by means of an Incident Notification, Registration and Assessment System.
A hospital network created to improve the equity, accessibility and sustainability of specialized care in the Vallès Oriental, Osona, Ripollès and the Barcelonès (Barcelona Esquerra) regions. It is made up of 6 hospitals: Sant Celoni, Mollet, Granollers, Vic, Campdevànol and the Clínic Barcelona.
