The main lines of research focus on:

Analysis of clinical, electrocardiographic, structural, electrical and genetic variables for diagnosis and risk stratification in different types of hereditary heart disease. Assessment of the results of drug and interventional treatment.
Design of automation algorithms to detect electrocardiographic parameters such as heart rate variability, QTc, ST pattern (Brugada syndrome pattern), QRS fragmentation. Study of its usefulness in the diagnosis and risk stratification of channelopathies and other cardiac arrhythmias.

Value of magnetic resonance in the diagnosis, monitoring and prognosis of cardiomyopathies.
