The first edition of the GenAI Health Hack took place in November 2024 and featured the participation of 94 professionals, organized into 13 multidisciplinary teams, who worked side by side with 17 mentors specialized in health, technology and ethics.
The challenges addressed focused on four main areas of application of generative AI in the healthcare field:
- Automatic structuring of unstructured clinical language with generative models.
- Natural language translation into SQL queries to facilitate access to clinical data.
- Support for clinical diagnosis using AI tools.
- Development of chatbots for the training of professionals and patient education.
