Teaching and training - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Service

The Department welcomes various external professionals who rotate through the department, as well as residents from other specialties in training and medical students.

Continuing education sessions are held among the Institute's professionals, and the Department team participates extensively in external courses and conferences.

The Department's professionals teach classes at the UIC Faculty of Dentistry and collaborate as lecturers on the Biomedical Engineering Degree at the UB and on the elective subject in the Medical Degree at the UB.

Seventeen courses have been organized with the Department of Anatomy of the Faculty of Medicine, five of which are international.

All members of the team are accredited by the European Board of Oral-Maxillo-Facial Surgery (EBOMFS).
