Testimonials
Osteoporosis in the first person
I know of people who are scared because they have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, but it's no big deal. I got it through my head that I had fragile bones and I was clear on what I needed to do, take care of my bones. I follow a calcium-rich diet, exercise, and take the medication they prescribe for me.
You have to be very aware and very attentive to possible symptoms, possible triggers that you know can make a peak of tiredness or pain. Once you become aware, you improve your daily life a lot.
