Teaching and Training - Unit of HIV-AIDS

The HIV-AIDS Unit participates in various training and teaching activities focused on the disease.

Professionals from the Unit teach the mandatory 5th year course and elective AIDS course in the Undergraduate Degree in Medicine programme at the University of Barcelona.

Professionals from the Unit also participate in the following master’s degrees and courses:

• Master’s Degree in HIV-AIDS (University of Barcelona)
• Master’s Degree in Advanced Medical Skills
• Intensive courses for doctors at national and international levels
• UB GILEAD Chair of Complex Patients with HIV Infection and HIV/Viral Hepatitis Co-infection

Professionals from the Unit also participate in the training of MIR doctors:

• National HIV Update Conferences at the Hospital Clínic Barcelona
