Cardiac ablation research at the Clínic

Research to improve the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders is performed at the Arrhythmia Section of the Clínic Barcelona Hospital.

Research areas include the development of new ablation techniques, the use of advanced cardiac imaging to identify the underlying cause of arrhythmias, and the evaluation of new technologies to improve the safety and effectiveness of procedures.

Members of the Section take part in national and international research projects, as well as multicentre studies that contribute to advancing the understanding and treatment of arrhythmias.
