The Pharmacy Service is part of the Medicines Area of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. The aim of the Service is to add value to the care process through patient-oriented care, which allows individualized pharmacotherapy with criteria of effectiveness, safety and efficiency. This mission has been developed in collaboration with the healthcare teams responsible for the patient, and within the framework of a territorial pharmaceutical policy or one of strategic alliances.
