Research into Helicobacter pylori infection at the Clínic

Areas of research include the study of antibiotic resistance and the optimisation of eradication strategies. The hospital actively participates in and coordinates European and international registries that provide highly relevant information to improve understanding and treatment of the infection. This work is carried out in collaboration with research groups affiliated with IDIBAPS and CIBEREHD, as well as within the framework of scientific initiatives promoted by scientific societies such as the Spanish Association of Gastroenterology (AEG).
