The Hospital Clínic's promotion model is based on a competency-based assessment system (knowledge, skills and attitudes).

The mastery of these skills is acquired over time and through experience (training and professional) that will allow the person to solve specific problems, autonomously and flexibly.

The basic characteristics of the professional promotion system model are: it is voluntary, universal,  acknowledged financially, consolidable, level-structured and assessable.

Depending on the professional category, there are different Professional Promotion Systems, which are as follows:

1. Healthcare Assistants
2. Degrees / Diplomas / Healthcare staff
3. Administrative Staff
4. Nursing Assistant Care Technicians (TCAI) - Assistants
5. Senior Healthcare Technicians
6. Non-healthcare degree holders

Necessary requirements to access each of the levels of the professional promotion system.
